GENERAL CONDITIONS
TO PROVIDE FOR THE USE OF U-TECH SERVICES Computers
This document contains the general conditions under which F-TECH Computer Services provides its users through the Internet shop F-tech Computers. These conditions will bind all members. By charging the built hyperlinks located on the server of the F-tech computers or pay through the use of paid services offered by the User agrees to fully accept and abide by these terms and conditions. al. 6. not to load, send, transmit, distribute or use in any manner and not to disclose third-party software, computer programs, files, applications or other material containing computer viruses, unauthorized systems for remote control ( "Trojan horses "), computer code or materials designed to interrupt, hinder, distort or restrict the normal functioning of computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment designed or unauthorized penetration or access foreign resources or software;
al. 7. not to carry out malicious actions;
Art. 7. By loading any of the established hyper-links located on the server of the F-TECH Computers, consumer, whether he was registered as a customer of the store or not, declares that he agrees with the general conditions and undertakes to comply with them . General conditions are posted in a conspicuous place on the Internet and stores are available to each user.
Rights and obligations of the F-TECH Computers
Art. 8. F-TECH Computers is under no obligation and objective as possible and does not control how consumers use the services provided.
Art. 9. Art. 13. Art. 17. V-tech Computers has the right to install on users' computers cookies (cookies).
